The team

We aim to make a lasting impact and reach as many communities as possible, which means we need to rely on others in the field. Our team is made up of three essential groups that help us achieve our goals.

First, we collaborate with a dedicated group of Ghanaian students pursuing PhDs and Master's degrees. These students, with their practical farming experience and academic knowledge of agricultural innovations, form the backbone of our organization. They craft training materials, manage projects, research new farming methods, and liaise with seed suppliers.

Second, we have a committed team on the ground in Ghana. They are responsible for training farmers, fostering motivation, and monitoring agricultural progress.

Lastly, our suppliers of seeds, pesticides, and fertilizers play a crucial role in our operations. We carefully select them for their alignment with our mission and dedication to the welfare of our foundation.
